As an ex-serial monogamist, and speaking from bitter experience, the more time you allow yourself to reflect on what's going down, the better.

Time alone is relative, but I'd say you've got a handle on this. Here's to hoping you see your way clear to share more about your adventure!

Thank you for such a clear, vulnerable and insightful post.

Generally speaking, based on both my own experience and from many others I have come into contact with, keeping going slowly will provide you the best outcome.

I suggest it takes 3 - 5 years to be ready to form a new permanent relationship, however, you seem to be processing and proceeding much more smartly than most.

So, my thought (fwiw) proceed slowly until the teenage butterflies settle into more late 20's to mid 30's energy. Be it with the current delight or whoever.

Clearly, you deserve the right one for you and teenage energy might not be the optimal - delightful as it feels.
